Since 1997, Sentinel Builders, Inc. has been building quality homes in East Tennessee. Gary Duncan, President and Founder of Sentinel Builders, grew up in the industry and saw an opportunity to help future homeowners combine their basic need of shelter with functionality, design, style and value. With over 20 years of experience, he has surrounded himself with a team of dedicated professionals committed to building a company on the foundation of security and excellence.

We have built hundreds of homes since 1997. We have also created communities like Plantation Springs (the 2005 Metropolitan Planning Committee Excellence Award Community), Creekside Plantation, Hannah’s Grove, Copperstone, Turnberry, Chanterelle Glen, Joshua’s Landing and Cherrybrook. Our custom homes, semi-custom, condominums, and villas incorporate efficient products and exemplary craftsmanship.
